OH BOWLS : SMOOTHIE AND NOURISH BOWLS

You guys seriously?! I never could have imagined the time would come where I seriously had to pay meticulous attention to what I eat. I don't know how put a spell on my weight and cast these extra love pounds on my body but I want them off. No... I'll take full responsibility and admit my eating habits have become poor while I've started sitting at a desk for eight hours. I'm normally very active and eat clean for the most part minus the Lucky Charms. I made an executive decision to clean body and make lifestyle changes by not pouring sugar diabetes in a bowl and trying nourish and smoothie bowls as a form of detox.

If you are on Pinterest, Instagram, or just browsing the Internet you have surely seen these pretty bowls of fruit and vegetables. I have a Pinterest board full of them myself . I just can't resist pinning them because they are so beautiful. Beyond the beauty, nourish bowls are perfectly balanced and packed with nutritious vegetables, fruits, carbohydrates, healthy fats and quality proteins. There is an art to perfecting the bowl to ensure you are not only enjoying the bowl but getting an equal amount of each nutrient. After reading, it appears fairly simple. The pretty fruit filled bowls are now called smoothie bowls. They are just as described, beginning with a smoothie an array of fruit and nuts. Each nourish bowl, the veggie bowls, should have a healthy mix of greens, protein, healthy fats, veggies, carbohydrates, nuts or seeds, and a dressing.

I will take the weekend to at least try to make myself a bowl and work on including at least one to two daily. They seem easy and enjoyable. I'm looking forward to seeing if I see noticeable results.
