Floral Wide Leg Pants and Off the Shoulder Sweater
I've gotten into the swing of my "new normal" working a job outside of my home, which means I have to put forth an effort to get dressed for work unlike hanging out in sweats. Lucky for me, I work in a creative field so I can play around with creative work wear. I don't have to do the pencil skirt suit set in boring and bland neutrals and navies neither do I have to go bummy in a tshirt and jeans. As I keep working on my non traditional work wear looks, I discovered a love for playing around with prints on the bottom. This floral wide look is perfect for a day that I want to be comfy and creative at my desk and run out to a meeting with a client.
I fell in love with these floral wide leg pants that could transition from fall well into spring. Styling it with a grey off the shoulder sweater that has enough give to be worn as a regular loose fit turtle neck made the look simple yet fun. The key to approaching creative work wear is keeping hair and makeup rather simple. Always remember-- fun at the bottom and 9-5 ish at the top.
